Mission Statement

The mission of Voiceless Children is to restore hope to grandmothers, orphans and widows affected and infected by the AIDS pandemic in rural areas of Western Kenya and the Nairobi slums.

Vision

The vision of Voiceless Children is to be a proactive partner with village communities and individuals by supporting efforts to build better communities, providing shelter, food, educational funding and water and to mentor youth, and enable individuals and communities to become self-sufficient and independent.

Updates

We are currently working on updating the return to the village that took place starting on World Aids Day, December 1, 2008. The main purpose of our visit was bringing "A Grandmothers Tribe" home to Kenya and especially to the Grandmother Families. As a result, there are many stories to tell and pictures to share. We will be updating all the events during the month of February. We are excited to share them with you and to invite you to share the village by taking part in the Play It Forward Challenge.

Voiceless Children is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established for the primary purpose of supplying healthcare, basic sustenance and education in the slums of east and central Africa.
